The Very Long Trip to Atlanta. . .
Well, we went on a very, very, very long trip to Atlanta this last week. . .Us being, myself, Erin, Josh, Jonathan F., and Megan and Savanna C. The night before we left is when it all started. I had worked outside for six hours earlier that day, so to say the least I was pretty worn out. It did not help any when Jonathan F. showed up at ten o’clock that night and the four day non-stop party began. We started by eating at Jack in the Box at 10:30 at night which was then followed by a few hours talking, and a few more hours of Jonathan and I playing gamecube. It was about 4:00am when Erin came into my room and told us that it was almost time to leave, at which time I had not packed yet, (which if you know me isn’t a big surprise). I proceeded to pack and finished in about ten minutes. After which I woke up Josh, shaved, got dressed and went downstairs to load the van. Then we set out to pick up the Crenwelges. Once we picked them up the lethal combination of Megan, Erin, and Savanna started, and did not stop until we split up Saturday and went to our separate homes. After hitting the road I suddenly found myself propped up against the window with Josh laying in my lap. Yeah real comfortable right? Well pretty soon I found myself waking up with Josh still on my lap, and the girls, well lets just say being themselves. After awhile we stopped which was a bad idea because certain people, mentioned in the last sentence took the opportunity to buy CAFFEINE. Oh boy I bet you can see where this is leading. Ok lets pause a moment and look at some of the things that have been said. Ok the girls being wild, the girls getting caffeine, and me being there the whole time. Well if you know me I didn’t miss the opportunity to get a Mountain Dew (ahhh the sweet nectar of life). Well if you know me you know I (with caffeine and now fully rested after an hour of sleep) now joined in on the partying. Oh boy you think three girls are bad, try throwing a fully caffeinated not really shy guy. Yeah pretty wild. And then you have Josh who is, well lets say not too keen on loud obnoxious people, that just made everything ginger peachy. (no offense to Josh he’s still fun) Ok where am I, oh yeah I just joined in on theeeeee. . .*thinking*. . .ah hah!! The sweet fellowship of good friends. Ok this just kept getting worse the whole trip as all of us started to think alike, and we started saying the same things at the same time. It was really scary, we were almost like. . .*gulp*. . .family. Yeah, pretty bad huh? Not family, family is not bad family is great, it’s just friends almost becoming family is kinda scary. Well not drag this too long so I’ll get down to the nitty gritty. That’s a private joke that not to many people will get but Tim will. Ok, once we got to Atlanta at ten o’clock on Wednesday we walked into chick fil’ a and got to see (the greatest surprised expression I have ever seen) on Joey’s face. After which we talked awhile and then made it to our separate homes, the girls at one and the guys at the other. The next day we messed around and just had fun. Then later that night we went Joey’s graduation. Once there we decided to try and be the loudest ones cheering for their graduate. I think we won hands down. The next day we went to six flags over Georgia, which was the most fun I had ever had at a theme park. Any way this is some kinda record for the longest post by me so I will leave it that, because there is no way I can mention everything we did there is just not enough time. So if this is not enough for you check Erin’s site for the rest of the story. I will try to post some pics later. Farewell, and I will leave with one of our most used inside joke of the trip. LOL ; )
